Scotsdale Women's Center offers a second non-surgical, injectable abortion option. Methotrexate is less likely to cause nausea, vomiting and diarrhea and costs a bit less than other treatments. However, it has a slightly lower rate of effectiveness (about 2-3%) and it can take longer to complete the process.
